Sales Director for Spanish Market

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our Spanish market expansion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to penetrate the Spanish market and drive revenue growth.
Your primary objective will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with key B2C clients, partners, and industry influencers. You will also be responsible for identifying and evaluating market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape to tailor strategies effectively.
In addition, you will lead and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also drive sales initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will also need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to penetrate the Spanish market and achieve growth targets.
- Identify and evaluate market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape to tailor strategies effectively.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key B2C clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Lead and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior sales or business development role within the engineering, construction, or related sector.
- Previous relevant experience managing teams.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving B2C revenue growth.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in Spanish and French. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
