Job Title: Senior Sales Director for Spanish Market
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our Spanish market expansion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to penetrate the Spanish market and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve growth targets
- Establish and maintain relationships with key B2C clients, partners, and industry influencers
- Lead and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Collaborate with the HQ team to align sales strategies with overall business goals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior sales or business development role
- Previous relevant experience managing teams and driving B2C revenue growth
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
