Regional Sales Director EMEA

As a Regional Sales Director EMEA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans tailored to the EMEA region. You will manage, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team, identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the leisure, travel & tourism sector, and regularly analyse market trends and competitor activities. You will establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas for the EMEA region, represent the company at trade exhibitions and events, and ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining relationships and addressing their needs effectively. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure the company's sales goals align with its overall vision.
The Successful Applicant:
A successful 'Regional Sales Director EMEA' should have a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field, proven experience in sales leadership within the Hotel Luxury properties, strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, an exemplary record of achieving sales targets, excellent team management and leadership skills, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.
