Job Title: Regional Sales Director - Spain

At IWG, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our Partnerships team, you will play a critical role in selling and developing business partnerships at local and regional levels to accelerate the growth of our network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and drive a team of Partnership Sales Managers to achieve sales targets and grow the network.
  • Generate awareness and visibility of the IWG partnership proposition in the market through business development activities.
  • Identify, contact, and pitch prospective partners to convert interest into commercial negotiations and secure board approval for new partnership deals.
  • Conduct due diligence with prospective partners and work with the legal team to finalize and sign development agreements.
  • Plan and execute the promotion of our proposition to potential partners and the broader market through various routes to market.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong network of contacts in the industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the flexible workspace market.
