Mainframe Sales Director Job Description

Arrow ECS is seeking a highly skilled Mainframe Sales Director to lead our EMEA sales strategy for Broadcom's CA portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving retention, new business acquisition, and competitive displacement in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Broadcom's CA portfolio in EMEA.
  • Drive retention, new business acquisition, and competitive displacement.
  • Manage and support a team of EMEA business developers.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and partners to achieve financial and business goals.
  • Coordinate forecasting and pipeline processes across Arrow countries.
  • Design and develop sales campaigns with marketing strategists to target commercial customers.
