Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our Spanish market expansion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and establish our company as a leading player in the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to penetrate the Spanish market and achieve growth targets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key B2C clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Lead and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the HQ team to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior sales or business development role within the engineering, construction, or related sector.
  • Previous relevant experience managing teams and driving B2C revenue growth.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
