**Sales Leadership Opportunity at Cutera**

We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our EMEA operations, driving growth and market penetration in the region. As Senior Director, Sales, you will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, setting ambitious targets and fostering a high-performing team.

Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement region-specific sales plans that align with Cutera's overall objectives, focusing on key accounts, market trends, and customer needs.

Team Management and Development: Lead, motivate, and support the EMEA sales team, promoting a culture of growth, accountability, and collaboration.

Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and partners in the region, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service.

Market Analysis and Reporting: Continuously analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and strategic opportunities to senior leadership.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role; proficiency in English and one or more languages prevalent in the EMEA region.

Travel Requirements: Extensive business travel within or outside the country/region.

Skills: Customer-oriented attitude, achieving objectives, developing oneself, and engaged work commitment.
