About the Role:

The Head of Sales Spain is a key leadership position responsible for driving the growth of Alan in Spain. As the owner of the sales strategy, you will be instrumental in achieving our customers and members growth yearly goals in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a sales strategy to drive recurring revenue on the Spanish market.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing sales team of 20+ Alaners in a scalable model.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product to maximize the impact of lead generation, content, and feedback loops on products.
  • Work closely with the sales ops team to maximize sales efficiency and with the Spain GM to articulate our global go-to-market approach.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in sales team leadership and coaching.
  • Strong background in sales within challenging environments.
  • Experience in scaling sales teams at a high pace or building sales teams from scratch.
  • Passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems.
