Drive Regional Growth as a Key Account Manager

Cultivate key client relationships and drive regional growth as a Regional Key Account Manager. This pivotal role involves managing regional accounts with efficiency, ensuring the fulfillment of Kellanova's commercial policy, and generating partnerships.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and Track AOP
    • Create and monitor a yearly Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for each client and category.
  • Contract Negotiation
    • Negotiate and finalize annual contracts with customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Customer Allowances Management
    • Oversee and manage customer allowances, ensuring accurate accounting and compliance.
  • Promotional Planning
    • Collaborate with the Revenue & Sales Development department to plan and execute promotional activities and Category Management projects.
  • Opportunity Identification
    • Utilize internal and external information sources to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.

What We're Looking For

  • A University degree.
  • Experience working in sales/commercial positions in FMCG companies.
  • Strong customer focus, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to analyze and collaborate effectively to drive impactful results.
  • Fluent in local language (Spanish) and in English.
