The Key Account Specialist Catering is a commercial senior profile responsible for driving business growth within the national and regional caterers.
As a key member of the Red Bull team, you will be responsible for signing distribution agreements and providing support to our sales forces in regional Caterers.
In collaboration with the current Catering Key Account Manager, you will drive both current and future distribution and sales of our product portfolio at the respective Catering players in your national market.
You will be responsible for mapping and reporting on key customer insights.
Your goal will be to maximize business opportunities in a profitable way while developing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our top Caterers customers.
In coordination with the Catering KAM, you will deliver powerful strategies based on industry- and consumer insights to derive impactful measures ensuring a continuous development of our brand at each of your customers.
Responsibilities- In coordination with the Trade Marketing team, achieve a perfect execution and right activations at every point of sale.
- Ensure, in coordination with the Catering KAM, to prepare the POS placement for your universe.
- Acquire new customers from the relevant national and regional CATERING universe.
- Maximize existing customer performance via effective joint business planning.
- Negotiate win/win partnership agreements which add value to both Red Bull's and the customer's business.
- Collaborate with internal (other departments) and external stakeholders (including, but not limited to buyers, sales- & marketing managers, controllers, logistic managers, and CEOs) to leverage business success.
- In coordination and follow-ups with Musketeers Scouts, measure success by diligently tracking, analyzing, and reporting on performance and areas of growth and opportunity.
- Ongoing data maintenance and optimization in the Key Account Tracker and sharing status on Key Account volume, distribution, execution, and agreements twice per year with the Catering Key Account Manager.
- 3+ years commercial experience as Key Account Manager (Catering industry).
- Outstanding record of accomplishments in sales and trade marketing.
- Ability and skills to effectively sell and negotiate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Solution and goal-oriented.
- Ability to develop and implement successful sales- and trade-marketing strategies.
- Strong planning, prioritization and organizational ability.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel 20-30%.
