Are you a sales professional looking for a challenging role that will help you grow your skills and advance your career? Look no further We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Key Account Manager to join our Sales team in Madrid.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some of the most beloved brands in the industry, including Pringles, Special K, and CocoPops. As a Regional Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing regional accounts assigned to you with efficiency, ensuring the fulfillment of Kellanova's commercial policy, and generating partnerships with them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Track AOP: Create and monitor a yearly Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for each client and category.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize annual contracts with customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Customer Allowances Management: Oversee and manage customer allowances, ensuring accurate accounting and compliance.
  • Promotional Planning: Collaborate with the Revenue & Sales Development department to plan and execute promotional activities and Category Management projects.
  • Opportunity Identification: Utilize internal and external information sources to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • University degree
  • Experience working in sales/commercial positions in FMCG companies
  • Strong customer focus, excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • The ability to analyze and collaborate effectively to drive impactful results
  • Fluent in local language (Spanish) and in English
