Our Nutrition Business

We develop science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from infants to adults. Our leading brands, such as Similac, PediaSure, Pedialyte, Ensure, Glucerna, and ZonePerfect, provide essential nutrients to help people live their healthiest lives.

What You'll Do
  1. Develop and implement business plans to grow sales and revenue for customers and Abbott, attaining sales and spend goals.
  2. Manage overall financial performance, including forecasting, trade spend, deductions, and markdowns, to drive profitable business outcomes and positive ROI.
  3. Build cross-functional relationships with brand, sales strategy, and marketing teams to implement strategic growth plans that drive results in-store and online.
  4. Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
  5. Develop and implement annual key account business plans, maintaining and developing customer relationships and clear communication across functions, business units, and regions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a "General Manager" mindset, owning every aspect of the business. You'll work closely with customers, internal sales, and marketing functions to develop promotional strategies, special products, and new item co-creations.

You'll also collaborate with Retail Operations to create retail priorities that align with business goals and objectives.
