Key Responsibilities- Advise sub-regional service business on their quality metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure quality performance is understood by sub-regional service and support service in reaching their quality business goals.
- Sub-regional service point of contact for Quality, including escalation of compliance issues.
- Support quality training and awareness activities in the sub-region.
- Support sharing of best practices in sub-regional service through knowledge transfer across the value chain.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience in Quality.
- Six Sigma Green Belt - practitioner.
- Certified ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) Lead Auditor.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
