Job Title: Account Manager

At Link Worldwide, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, developing new business opportunities, and overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exceed individual Sales and Profit Budgets while controlling costs related to orders.
  • Implement effective Sales Action Plans for Key Accounts and regional customers.
  • Ensure customer service is a priority and resolve issues within standard guidelines.
  • Provide professional presentations to customers and initiate product development based on customer briefs.
  • Communicate order status to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Participate in industry trade shows to develop business relationships and improve product knowledge.
  • Analyse management information, financial, and sales reports to ensure achievement of objectives and budget.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the promotional goods industry.
  • Strong team attitude and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • First-class organisational skills and a proactive approach to managing projects.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a cool outlook.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
