Job Purpose
This role is perfect for someone who is analytical, results-driven, and has a win-win mindset. As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer-focused regional business strategies and plans. You will work closely with the Channel Head to maximize business opportunities and sales in the channel.
Main Responsibilities
- Business Strategy and Plan: Develop strategic business plans for respective categories, optimize collaboration and communication with managers for customer entry and channel marketing, and generate the best business plan.
- Optimize Administrative and Logistical Efficiencies: Optimize administrative and logistical efficiencies with an impact on resources and investments from various areas of the company.
- Negotiation: Close deals with customers through negotiation of commercial terms, financing, and agreement of the strategy among involved parties.
- Customer P&L Management: Deliver agreed plans and monitor success of established counterparts in agreements.
Requirements
- Experience and Qualifications: Graduates in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, or related field.
Salary Information
We estimate the salary for this role to be around $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
