Job Description: As a Global Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in implementing OEM contracts and launch plans in your territory, ensuring excellent service relations with dealers, OEM HQ, NSC, and installers. You'll adapt training and marketing materials to local needs, identify new business opportunities, and update KPI reports to propose improvements. Additionally, you'll provide product and service advice to existing customers, handle expansions, issues, and updates in customer projects, and cooperate with partners on support and admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- FOLLOW UP ALL NEW LEADS DAILY AND CREATE NEW LEADS WITHIN OWN SEGMENT AND SALES REGION VIA TELEPHONE CONTACT AND EMAIL
- SELL WALLBOX SOLUTIONS FITTED TO THE POTENTIAL CUSTOMER NEEDS
- QUALIFY LEADS INTO NEW OPPORTUNITIES FOLLOWING DEFINED QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
- CREATE QUOTES TO NEW OPPORTUNITIES OR HAND OVER AND SUPPORT INSTALLATION PARTNER IN CREATING QUOTES
- CLOSE SALES OPPORTUNITIES AND QUOTES
- BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMER CONTACTS
- UPDATE THE SALES PROCESS IN SALESFORCE
- KEEP SALESFORCE UP-TO-DATE AND DOCUMENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ACTIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS
Requirements: We're looking for an experienced professional with around 5 years of experience in a Key Account Management role, preferably in the EV business and launch plans implementation. You should have knowledge of specific EV market characteristics in the territory and be able to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, with Spanish and/or another language being a plus. Eligibility to work in the EU is required.

Estimated Salary: Based on industry standards and location, we estimate this role to pay approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
