Blu Selection is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead the expansion of our esteemed corporate whisky investment company in the DACH market.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Driving customer growth through proactive outreach and effective cross-selling and upselling tactics.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Leading the sales cycle from initial lead generation to final negotiations.
  • Serving as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in consultative sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a high-performance sales team.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
