Job Title: Sales Manager Dach
We are seeking an ambitious, commercially driven, and enthusiastic professional to join our esteemed partner in the DACH market. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and innovation in a dynamic environment.
Your Responsibilities:
• Customer Growth: Proactively engage with new clients in the DACH market through provided leads, identify their needs, and employ effective cross-selling and upselling tactics to enhance product penetration and value.
• Consultative Sales: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, offer solutions, and guide them towards a new path of investment. Communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
• Sales Cycle Management: Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation to final negotiations.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring cohesive and successful execution of projects.
Requirements:
• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in consultative sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a high-performance sales team.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
