DACH Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our expansion in the DACH market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth, fostering innovation, and delivering exceptional results.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on:
- Customer Growth: Proactively engage with new clients in the DACH market, identify their needs, and develop effective cross-selling and upselling strategies to enhance product penetration and value.
- Consultative Sales: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and guide them towards a new path of investment. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Sales Cycle Management: Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation to final negotiations, ensuring seamless execution and successful project outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring cohesive and successful execution of projects.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in consultative sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a high-performance sales team.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
