Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for driving growth in a dynamic environment? Our esteemed partner, a leading corporate whisky investment company, is seeking a Sales Manager to sustain their expansion in the DACH market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering innovation and driving growth through effective cross-selling and upselling tactics.


Key Responsibilities:


• Proactively engage with new clients on the DACH market to identify their needs and facilitate their growth
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
• Perform sales leadership by leading the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation to final negotiations
• Serve as the primary bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure cohesive and successful execution of projects


Requirements:


• Fluency in German and English, both in written and verbal
• Proven experience in consultative sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a high-performance sales team
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Enjoy working in a fast-growing and challenging environment
