High-Growth Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our expansion in the German-speaking market (DACH).
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach and effective cross-selling and upselling strategies.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, presenting proposals and presentations that effectively communicate value.
- Lead the sales cycle from initial lead generation to final negotiations, ensuring seamless execution of projects.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, facilitating cohesive project execution.
- Fluency in both German and English (written and verbal)
- Located in Barcelona
- Proven experience in consultative sales, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing high-performing sales teams
- Data analysis and market trend identification skills to drive growth opportunities
- Permanent contract
- A competitive fixed base salary of 28,000€ + uncapped commissions
