We are headquartered in Barcelona, Paris, Berlin & Amsterdam and are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team as a Sales Manager for the DACH market.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth in the DACH market by developing and executing a sales strategy that meets or exceeds targets. This will involve building relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.

In addition, the Sales Manager will lead the sales cycle from initial lead generation to final negotiations, ensuring seamless execution of projects across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Growth: Proactively contact new clients in the DACH market through provided leads, identify their needs, and facilitate their growth using effective cross-selling and upselling tactics.
  • Consultative Sales: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, offer solutions, and guide them towards a new path of investment, effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation to final negotiations, ensuring cohesive project execution.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as strong leadership abilities and experience managing a high-performance sales team. Fluency in German and English is required, and you should be located in Barcelona.

Estimated Salary:

€28,000 base salary + uncapped commissions, offering a competitive compensation package.
