Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Dairy Account Lead to join our recently acquired Lactase business. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the dairy industry and the ability to establish connections with key players across various functions and levels.
Main Responsibilities:- Defend current business and profitability levels of products sold into customers.
- Identify new growth opportunities and define an attack plan aligned with BU strategic plans.
- Pursue new business opportunities through custom product and integrated solution selling to deliver profitable growth.
- Manage a specific account portfolio.
- Develop strategic relationships within customers' organizations, including R&D, Marketing, and Procurement.
- Proven experience in sales/new business development within the dairy industry.
- Technical knowledge of dairy products and Lactase Enzymes would be beneficial.
- Good working knowledge of food science and its application to product development and commercialization.
- Strong negotiation skills to achieve successful outcomes for Kerry.
- Fluency in English is essential; Spanish, French, and/or Italian would be a bonus.
