About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to strengthen our presence in Aragón, La Rioja, and Navarra areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing sales for our entire diagnostics portfolio, developing account strategies, and executing business plans to deliver exceptional customer experiences and profitable growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Guided by a passion for positive customer experiences, uncover areas to expand the availability of our innovative solutions and solidify our market-leading position.
  • Interact with stakeholders in the scientific/technical/economic area and key decision-makers to provide tailored solutions that meet customers' needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans for assigned accounts, ensuring compliant and efficient execution.
  • Lead your team members to deliver stellar customer experiences and profitable sales growth, providing insights and guidance on market trends and competitor analysis.


Who You Are: To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Previous sales experience in the healthcare market, proving successful results.
  • Desirable: at least 3 years of experience in the IVD Diagnostics industry.
  • Customer orientation, strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • High negotiation capacity at all levels of key stakeholders within a hospital.
  • Demonstrated comfort building and maintaining relationships with senior-level buying influences.


Compensation and Benefits: Our estimated annual salary for this position is around $80,000-$110,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
