At Roche, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the South Eastern region of Spain. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and drive sales growth for our innovative solutions.

The Position Overview

We are hiring a talented Business Development Manager to establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers in the IVD diagnostics industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales for our entire portfolio and developing account strategies to deliver profitable sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact in the market, interacting with stakeholders in scientific, technical, and economic areas.
  • Manage sales for the entire Roche Diagnostics portfolio.
  • Develop account strategy and execute against strategic and tactical business plans for assigned accounts.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships and respond quickly to customer needs in a compliant manner.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with previous sales experience in the healthcare market. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sales or business development in the IVD diagnostics industry, as well as experience leading or coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience in the healthcare market.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development in the IVD diagnostics industry.
  • Experience leading or coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
  • Customer-oriented with strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • High negotiation capacity at all levels of key stakeholders within a hospital.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level buying influences.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as travel opportunities and professional development.
