Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Country Manager to lead our business in Spain. Key responsibilities include developing and executing country-specific sales and marketing strategies, building relationships with stakeholders, and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will report directly to the VP Business Development EMEA and be responsible for delivering clear KPIs and sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in Business Administration or a related field, combined with at least 15 years of international commercial experience. Strong analytical and strategic skills, as well as native Spanish language proficiency and fluency in English, are essential. Leadership qualifications and the ability to build long-term business relationships are also critical. Additional languages such as Catalan or Basque are a plus.
