International Business Development Manager for Missiles

About the Role
Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Country Manager to lead our Missiles & Space division in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and revenue in the Spanish market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue targets in the Spanish market
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the region
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns
- Provide local market insights and analysis to inform business decisions
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the defence industry
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, pension plan, and professional development opportunities.
Location
This role is based in Madrid, Spain, with frequent travel to other locations in Europe and beyond.
