The Role:

We are seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to handle specialty or complex accounts in the South of Spain region. Your primary responsibility will be to manage sales territory and sell NORIT products to generate target revenue, volume, margins, and days outstanding from the customer base.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales territory and sell NORIT products to achieve target revenue, volume, margins, and days outstanding
  • Develop volume and revenue forecasts, sales plans, and strategies for desired results
  • Drive both current and future value for NORIT by building a shared understanding of individual customer and overall portfolio profitability
  • Effectively communicate and negotiate complex sales contracts with customers
  • Educate customers on new products and product enhancements
  • Identify new market opportunities and target builds; seek out competitive information
  • Establish and maintain processes for accurate budget and forecast information
  • Provide leadership that assists management in setting strategic initiatives and programs to achieve corporate strategies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a field of science
  • Previous experience with activated carbon, filtration and purification technologies, food additives, or water treatment or working for a distributor preferred
  • Five or more years of experience in sales
  • Fluent Spanish and English language skills
  • Skill in establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships
