International Business Growth Manager in South Korea

**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced International Business Growth expert to join our team in South Korea. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the region.
Salary: ₩120,000,000 - ₩180,000,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales and business development. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the cosmetics and skincare industry.
Your Responsibilities
- BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS AND MAINTAIN CONSISTENT CONTACT WITH EXISTING ONES
- MANAGE SALES PIPELINE STRATEGIZE AI SKIN ANALYSIS AND AR MAKEUP VIRTUAL TRY-ON APPLICATIONS THAT ARE USER-CENTRIC FOR BRANDS
- PROSPECT NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES FOR SAAS AND B2B PRODUCTS HANDLE BEAUTY TECH INQUIRIES, DEMANDS, AND PARTNERSHIPS
- GENERATE AND QUALIFY LEADS THROUGH CHANNELS SUCH AS EMAILS, LINKEDIN SALES NAVIGATOR, EVENTS (ON AND OFFLINE), COLD EMAIL, INBOUND, AND PARTNERSHIPS REGULAR UPDATES OF SALES MEDIA PACKS, PITCH DECKS, PROPOSALS, QUOTES, AND SUPPORTING SALES COLLATERAL
- COMMUNICATE, LIAISE, AND NEGOTIATE INTERNALLY AND EXTERNALLY USING APPROPRIATE METHODS TO FACILITATE THE SALES PROCESS
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 year(s) of experience in sales / business development
- Excellent presentation skills, with a demonstrated track record of B2B experience in the CRM or SaaS industry
- Deep understanding or working experience of cosmetics or skincare industry is preferred
- Native Korean speaker with fluent English skills
