**Job Overview**

Toptalent is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating and closing deals.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
  • Negotiate and close deals, achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in Mandarin, Yue (Cantonese), Xiang (Hunanese), Min dialect, Gan dialect, Wu dialect, and Kejia or Hakka dialect
  • Proficiency in English (C1) and proven portfolio of active FX clients
  • Proven track record in business development and meeting sales targets
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and CFD trading
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships
