International Business Growth Specialist

**Job Overview**
Toptalent is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating and closing deals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Negotiate and close deals, achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Mandarin, Yue (Cantonese), Xiang (Hunanese), Min dialect, Gan dialect, Wu dialect, and Kejia or Hakka dialect
- Proficiency in English (C1) and proven portfolio of active FX clients
- Proven track record in business development and meeting sales targets
- Strong understanding of financial markets and CFD trading
- Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships
