About the Role
">As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Sagan, you will play a crucial role in driving new business through outbound outreach and lead generation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging lead lists to engage potential clients, understand their needs, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

Your Responsibilities

- Conducting outreach using email, phone calls, and LinkedIn messages based on existing lead lists">
- Crafting personalized, engaging communications to capture potential clients' interest">
- Qualifying leads by identifying their needs and assessing their interest in our products/services">
- Scheduling meetings between qualified leads and our sales team">
- Tracking outreach activities using GoHighLevel and maintaining accurate records of client interactions">
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to continuously improve outreach strategies">
Requirements
">The ideal candidate will have:
- ">
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field">
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)">
- Proficiency in using email, phone, and social media (LinkedIn) for outreach">
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot">
- Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team">
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively">
- Passion for helping clients solve problems and meeting their needs">
