We are seeking a skilled Strategic Business Developer to join our team in Murcia or Alicante. This exciting role offers the chance to build and strengthen Roche ́s presence and reputation in Comunidad Valenciana, Murcia y Baleares areas.

About the Position

  • To uncover areas to expand the availability of Roche's innovative solutions and solidify our market-leading position, you will work closely with key decision makers to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • You will be responsible for managing sales for the entire Roche Diagnostics portfolio, offering customers Roche solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
  • A key aspect of this role is developing account strategies and executing business plans to drive profitable sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • In this position, you will also gather data on market trends, monitor competitors, and analyze business risks and opportunities to inform your decision-making.

About You

  • You have previous sales experience in the healthcare market, with a proven track record of success.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales/business development in the IVD Diagnostics industry is highly desirable.
  • Leadership skills, strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
  • You should have experience leading multidisciplinary teams and working collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
