**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in the IVD Diagnostics industry. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for managing sales for our entire portfolio of diagnostic products, providing expert guidance to customers, and driving business growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing account strategies and executing against business plans to drive sales growth
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders within hospitals
  • Gathering market data and analyzing competitor trends to inform sales strategies
  • Leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and profitable sales growth

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous sales experience in the healthcare market, with a proven track record of success
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales/business development in the IVD Diagnostics industry
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business or Healthcare, or equivalent experience
