About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Development Manager to join our team at Roche Diagnostics in Spain. This is an exciting opportunity to build and strengthen our presence in the Comunidad Valenciana, Murcia y Baleares areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the availability of Roche's innovative solutions and solidify our market-leading position.
  • Interact with stakeholders in the scientific/technical/economic area and key customer decision-makers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Manage sales for the entire Roche Diagnostics portfolio to offer customers tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure compliance and deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to support the delivery of stellar customer experiences and profitable sales growth.
  • Maintain market awareness by gathering data on trends, monitoring competitors' products and positioning, and analyzing business risks and opportunities.

Your Background

  • You have previous sales experience in the healthcare market, with a proven track record of success.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales/business development in the IVD Diagnostics industry is desirable.
  • You have experience leading or coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
  • Customer orientation, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential.
  • Strong negotiation capacity and ability to build relationships with senior-level buying influences are necessary.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required, as well as the ability to travel within and outside the country.
