Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the expansion of Roche's innovative solutions in the Aragon, La Rioja, and Navarra areas, fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Manage sales for the entire Roche Diagnostics portfolio, providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans for assigned accounts, driving growth and profitability.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and results.
- Monitor market trends, competitor positioning, and business risks, sharing insights with the team to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the healthcare market, with a track record of success.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales/business development in the IVD Diagnostics industry.
- Customer orientation, strong strategic thinking, and analytical skills, with the ability to negotiate at all levels.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with a strong desire to learn new products and business areas.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various teams to address complex challenges.
