**Job Description:**

The Role: Business Development Manager for the Healthcare Sector Tuotempo is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Spain. You'll play a vital role in expanding our client base within the healthcare sector, leveraging your sales skills to build connections, present solutions, and drive conversions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads to assess potential for conversion (40%).
  • Solution Selling: Showcase our CRM solutions, emphasizing how they address client challenges (20%).
  • Sales Process Management: Own the sales cycle from first contact to close, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups (20%).
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with decision-makers in target organizations (10%).

You'll interact frequently with the Sales Key Account Manager and Operations teams, collaborating closely to achieve sales goals and maintain client satisfaction.

**Qualifications:**

We're looking for an ambitious, results-oriented candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate has:

  • Education: a degree in Business or related fields.
  • Experience: at least 2 years in tech/SaaS sales, within the healthcare industry.
  • Skills: Proven success in business development roles, strong understanding of CRM products and technology sales processes, excellent prospecting skills, and fluent Spanish, with English as a plus.
