Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager - Healthcare Informatics to join our team at Philips Iberica Sau. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in Iberia by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities for customer acquisition
- Develop and execute account strategies across various customer accounts
- Drive effective funnel management to achieve sales targets and Philips business objectives
- Collaborate with sales specialists and business unit leaders during key portions of the sales process
- Maintain meaningful customer partnerships and engage with a range of customer partners to identify new business opportunities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of customers' current and future needs and identify opportunities for the Enterprise Informatics portfolio to meet those needs
- Tailor sales approaches to demonstrate the value of the EI portfolio with high-potential new accounts
- Partner with sales specialists to provide customers with deep product expertise during the sales cycle
- Lead contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial terms
- Collaborate with Philips sales leaders to deliver on shared EI business objectives
About You
- You have a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of sales experience
- You have a proven track record of creating and executing account plans towards sales objectives and delivering commercial targets
- You have experience managing a software sales funnel and prioritizing opportunities requiring escalation or acceleration to ultimately deliver results
- You possess deep customer-orientation and a track record of cultivating strong customer relationships with key decision-makers (including C-suite) in the local market
- You understand how to efficiently leverage specialist knowledge/product resources to develop tailored customer offerings
- You can clearly articulate the value of technical software and/or medical products to a range of customer profiles
- You have a resilient sales mindset able to adapt in a dynamic customer environment
- You are familiar with CRM software (Salesforce)
- You possess excellent oral and written communication skills in both Spanish and English

We offer a competitive salary of €70,000 - €90,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits including professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a dynamic work environment.
