Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Adstart Media. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client bases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
