Business Development Manager

Are you a results-driven sales or business development professional looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team at the Albert Roger Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key customers across Southern Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop customer relationships to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet assigned revenue goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize customer retention and footprint
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to foster innovation and adapt our strategy to customer needs

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales or business development with key retailers in the grocery channel
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Goal-focused with ability to self-manage and build effective customer relationships
