About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to join our team in Southern Europe, specifically covering the animal nutrition sector. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute commercial strategies, drive sales growth, and build strong relationships with key customers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales of Tereos' co-products, including fibres, proteins, corn germs, starches, sweeteners, polyols, and probiotics.
  • Provide technical support to customers, ensuring they understand our production specifications and capabilities.
  • Negotiate volumes, prices, terms, and conditions with existing and potential customers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform commercial decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal functions, including quality and supply chain departments, to ensure optimal execution.
Requirements
  • A degree in Engineering or equivalent, with a specialization in animal nutrition, veterinary science, or bioengineering.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience as a nutritionist or in a technical commercial function within the agro-industry.
  • Fluency in Spanish, English, and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, Anaplan, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
