Strategic Account Manager for Dental Partnerships

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners in the Dental Support Organisation (DSO). You will ensure seamless collaboration between our organization and the DSO, aligning our objectives and priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with DSO stakeholders and internal teams to develop strategic plans that drive mutual success.
- Understand and prioritize the demands of the DSO, allocating resources effectively to meet their needs while maximizing efficiency and profitability.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure they are briefed on DSO requirements, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Oversee workflow between our organization and the DSO, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Monitor progress of initiatives and projects related to the DSO partnership, identifying potential risks and barriers.
- Experience leading complex projects with commercial impact.
- Ability to lead projects independently, mobilizing teams to deliver on customer priorities.
- Strong experience implementing processes.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- 5+ years of experience in account management.
- 3+ years of experience in customer success.
- Mature personality able to deal with different stakeholders.
- Global overview and understanding of Envista business strategy.
- Strong communication skills to connect and influence.
