Key Account Portfolio Manager

We're looking for a skilled Expansion Manager to join our team at Limehome GmbH in Italy. As a key player in our hospitality sector expansion, you will be responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and negotiating new real estate deals across primary and secondary cities in Italy. Your expertise in creating business plans and pitching opportunities will help drive growth in our portfolio.
Your role will involve coordinating with internal stakeholders and planning project timelines independently. You will conduct property inspections, negotiate and execute tenancy agreements, and structure contracts. To excel in this position, you should have a degree in commercial university or a comparable qualification, such as a Master's in Real Estate. A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in real estate development is required, along with an outstanding network in the Italian real estate market and a proven track record of achieving growth goals.
We are looking for someone who possesses excellent communication skills in Italian and English, is an exceptional communicator, and has a deep understanding of the residential and hospitality real estate market. If you have previous 'hands-on' roles as an asset/portfolio manager, this could be a great opportunity for you. We also expect you to be familiar with hotel RE industry contacts and located or willing to relocate to Milan.
In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive salary, international travel to our headquarters in Munich, a hybrid office model, and the chance to work from inspiring locations throughout Europe twice a year. After one and a half years with Limehome GmbH, you will be eligible for a three-month sabbatical, which can be used for personal development, traveling, or simply relaxing in one of our beautiful properties.
