Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Account Manager to join our team in Barcelona or Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our business with strategic enterprise accounts in Iberia.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with account solutions architects and sales specialists to identify key projects to sell Red Hat's solutions.
  • Manage the account planning process and carry out strategic plans to expand our accounts with key customers.
  • Gain the trust of senior IT and business executives in key accounts and create long-term partnerships with customers.
  • Develop new strategies for our offerings within key accounts to establish proofs of concepts and pilot implementations.
  • Work closely with product, product engineering, professional services, and product support teams to ensure excellent customer experience with Red Hat's offerings.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of field sales experience focused on strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Proven record of working closely with customers to produce solutions that exceed their business expectations.
  • Experience with consultative customer engagements with a major enterprise software company or in the sales division of an enterprise software reseller.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; fluent language skills in English and Spanish.
  • Solutions sales mentality in an environment with multiple offerings and solutions.
  • Ability to work seamlessly with global cross-functional teams to achieve success on behalf of customers.
  • Excellent combination of strategic and tactical skills.
