About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a key member of our Enterprise Sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer adoption through strategic partner engagement.

Your primary focus will be on building and executing a partner sales plan to drive top-line revenue growth and end-customer adoption. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute a strategic partner sales plan, advise customers and commercial sales teams on the value of partners, and expand AWS' footprint in the region.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the partner ecosystem, a strong business acumen, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will also need to be able to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, and be able to build and convey compelling value propositions with partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic partner sales plan to drive top-line revenue growth and end-customer adoption.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute a partner sales plan.
  • Advise customers and commercial sales teams on the value of partners and recommend qualified partners to support customer needs.
  • Expand AWS' footprint in the region through strategic partner engagement.
  • Build and convey compelling value propositions with partners.
