Job Summary

We are seeking two experienced Enterprise Sales Managers to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our data center products and solutions to public, government, and enterprise customers in Spain and Portugal. You will work closely with C-Level executives to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, enterprise sales, or a similar field in the IT/data center segment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Strong team player with prior experience selling technology into manufacturers, corporate, or public/governmental customers.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiating skills.
  • Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Professionalism combined with a passion for creativity.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and diverse culture.
  • Native German and professional fluency in English are required, both written and spoken. Additional European language is a plus.
Qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent work experience preferably in the high-tech industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales and business development experience.
  • Preferred experience in sales of servers to enterprise clients.
  • Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies.
  • Track record of building relationships with senior executives and decision makers.
  • Demonstrated ability in pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, and objection handling, call structure and control, time and territory management.
  • Experience entering, tracking, and reporting data on lead activity.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Must have Microsoft Excel knowledge.
  • Multi-task and time management skills are a must.
  • Proficient in English and additional language is a huge plus.
  • Self-admin skills are a must.
