About the Role

As a Partner Sales Manager at Amazon, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and customer adoption through strategic partner engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a partner sales plan, identifying opportunities to expand AWS' footprint and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the partner community in the local market, including their capabilities and solutions.
  • Advise customers and commercial sales teams on the value of partners and recommend qualified partners to support customer needs.
  • Expand existing AWS footprint and drive new customer engagements with partners to grow overall revenue.
  • Work closely with Partner Solution Architects (PSAs) and Partner Development Managers (PDMs) to ensure partners deliver quality results.
