Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling Supermicro's data center products and solutions to public, government, and enterprise customers in Spain and Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing end-to-end sales processes, building relationships with C-Level executives, and creating synergies with new accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or a similar field in the IT/data center segment
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Native German and professional fluency in English, with additional European language a plus
- College degree or equivalent work experience in the high-tech industry
- Minimum 2 years of sales and business development experience
- Preferred experience in sales of servers to enterprise clients
- Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies
- Track record of building relationships with senior executives and decision makers
