We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Iberia and drive the growth of our quantum computing business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing leads, developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote IQM's portfolio within target sectors
  • Identify and pursue leads, consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets and revenue goals
  • Establish IQM as a prominent industry player by engaging with stakeholders and advocating for recognition as a vital contributor to the national quantum strategy
  • Influence tenders and negotiate contracts effectively to secure lucrative deals for the organization
  • Act as a client guide, helping to address inquiries and navigate IQM products and services
  • Contribute insights to shape IQM's product offerings based on customer feedback and market trends
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to align with customer needs and market demands
Requirements:
  • Preferably based in Spain or Portugal
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physics, Maths, Electrical Engineering, Computer Sciences, Business, or similar
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales and Account Management in the ITC industry
  • Knowledge of the Quantum computing ecosystem
  • Proven track record in developing business in the tech industry, understanding technology trends, and driving innovation
