About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead our Trauma product line in Iberia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product adoption and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop solutions
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product development and marketing decisions
  • Manage and analyze sales data to optimize product pricing and positioning
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, nurses, and procurement teams

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years of marketing experience in the medical devices industry
  • Experience working with implants, ideally within the orthopedic and trauma sector
  • Native or C2 level of Spanish with fluent level of English
  • Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales or Marketing or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, technical field
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines

Travel and Territory

This role will be based in Iberia, with travel expected to be approximately 70% of the time. The ideal location is a well-connected city in Spain, such as Madrid or Barcelona.
