About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Baxter International Inc, a company that values diversity and inclusion. As a Product Manager for Clinical Nutrition, you will be responsible for managing our portfolio of products within Iberia. Your primary focus will be on executing day-to-day activities for assigned products or product lines to realize marketing strategies and meet financial and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement marketing activities and materials such as brochures and audio/visual materials.
  • Review business results and ensure adherence to marketing activities and plans.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities, pricing policies, and sales promotions to achieve Baxter's targets.
  • Guarantee an effective Omnichannel approach including all customer touchpoints in commercial plan execution with a true digital marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Southern Cluster marketing team to share best practices and lead cluster projects.
  • Liaise with other functions and sales managers to ensure they understand and comply with marketing initiatives and policies.
  • Develop, schedule, and execute marketing programs, including product promotions, sales channels, and pricing.
  • Provide input and support to the design and development of European Training programs/Product Trainings.
  • Support market research activities with the direction of marketing leaders.
  • Collect and analyze available competitive information.
  • Review business results against marketing plan and advise on areas of improvement.
  • Interact closely with Manufacturing & Supply Chain regarding supply for countries for specific products/portfolio.
  • Liaise with media, advertising agencies, and public relations firms.
  • Coordinate involvement in conferences, exhibitions, and marketing seminars.
